Fingers crossed everything is fabulous, but sometimes things just don't work out. No need to worry though! Prema Boutique accepts returns for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received.

-  All packages come with return instructions. Please follow them in order to make sure the return is completed in a timely manner.
-  Please be sure to fill out the return form to its entirety before sending the item(s) back to Prema Boutique.
-  You may either ship your package on your own or request a return label be sent to you.
-  If a label is created for you by Prema Boutique then the cost of shipping will be deducted
from your store credit amount. 
-  Prema Boutique cannot guarantee that your item will make it back safe and sound, and for that reason, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing insurance for the package just in case if you choose to return the item without Prema Boutique provided postage. Sometimes ship happens, so having a trackable package makes the return process easy, breezy for both of us!
-  If you wish to make an exchange please contact Prema Boutique prior to shipping your items back. 

-  The following return restrictions apply to all orders.
      1. All sale items, accessories, and jewelry purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return. 
      2. All items must have the original tags attached.
      3. Swimsuits must have the original hygiene tag still intact. 
      4. Returned items must not be worn or altered.
      5. If an item is returned in poor or damaged condition then the item will be returned to the customer. 
      6. All eligible items must be returned within 14 days from receiving your order to qualify for a return. The date received is the day the package was delivered to your door, mailbox, reception area, etc. and is provided via USPS tracking and available to both Prema Boutique and the customer. 
      7. Returns attempted after this 14 day period will not be accepted

    -  Once we receive the package you will receive an e-mail alerting you that your item has made it back to Prema Boutique safe and sound.
    -  You will receive an additional e-mail once your return has been processed. It may take up to 3 business days post receiving the package for the return to be processed. 

    -  A store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card which will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order.
    -  The store credit never expires and can be used in combination with promotions, sales, and other gift certificates. 
    -  To redeem your balance you will enter the gift certificate code into the "discount" box on the right-hand side of the screen at checkout.
    -  Any purchase that exceeds the value of online store credit will require an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
    -  Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
