- Prema Boutique offers free standard shipping on all orders.
- All orders using standard shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days.
- Packages will be delivered to the post office prior to the close of business each day.
- It can take between 3-6 business day for the order to make it into your hands once it has left the local facility here in Charlotte, NC.
-You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you that your order has shipped.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL + USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS
- If you need your orders sooner you are able to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee.
- USPS Priority Mail: Upgrading to a USPS Priority Mail label is recommended because these orders are processed within 1 business day. Once you receive the email with your processing and shipping information you can expect your package within 2-4 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: This is the fastest and most efficient shipping method if you need your item(s) ASAP. The order will be processed within 1 business day. BUT, if you place an express order before 12 PM (noon) CT Monday - Friday, your order will be processed that same day. Once you receive the email with your processing and shipping information you can expect your package within 1-2 business days
**All priority + express orders placed on Friday after 2PM (CT), Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
OTHER INFORMATION PERTAINING TO ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- Once you have placed an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. And then once your order has been processed you will receive an additional e-mail with all of your finalized order information and USPS tracking number.
- You are able to use the link provided on the e-mail, or you can enter the tracking number on the USPS website to get the most up-to-date information regarding your order.
- If you realize there is a mistake with your shipping information or would like to upgrade your label please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and handed over to USPS there is nothing I can do to change or update the label.
- If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notification once the package makes it way back to Prema Boutique.
- If a package is returned due to the fact that an incorrect shipping address was provided, then the customer is responsible for the original shipping fees and additional shipping fees required to re-ship the package.
- Payments are emailed to customers through an online invoice. You have 7 business days to provide Prema Boutique with an updated shipping address and additional shipping fee. If you do not provide this information during that time frame then your order will be processed as a return for store credit. The original shipping charge will not be included in the store credit amount.
- If a package never makes it to you then please reach out as soon as you realize the package may be missing. It is also suggested that you file a missing package or damaged package claim with USPS. This can be done over the phone, or online at www.usps.com
